The Shillim Institute believes that empowering the local community is critical in making real and sustainable change. Sustainable community development programmes are formulated based on the baseline survey and profiling of the local community that was conducted in the villages of Shillim – Kadav, Vageshwar, Bodshil, and Shindewadi to create employment, access to education and effective health initiatives.
